Terms & Conditions
Every piece we fabricate is specially manufactured for you after you place your order. In this way, it is not suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. Therefore, once your order has been placed and your deposit has been authorized, your order may not be canceled. Customer may not cancel or modify any orders once fabrication had been authorized unless expressly agreed by Lounge Logikk.
Customer shall have the opportunity to inspect the finished piece prior to delivery, or at the time of pick-up. Once your project is near-finished, Customer is encouraged to make a scheduled shop visit (if applicable, see COVID notices) to approve the work prior to final payment. Lounge Logikk will also send photos that can be used to approve your piece in lieu of an on site visit. Customer acknowledges and hereby agrees that, once Customer or its agent has had the opportunity to inspect the project and takes possession of same, the project is thereby delivered and sold to Customer as accepted.
Lounge Logikk takes no responsibility for normal wear and tear or any non-production or non-design-related damages that may occur after delivery.
All invoiced prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices shall be Lounge Logikk’s current prices in effect on the date of acceptance of the order unless otherwise agreed to by Customer and Lounge Logikk. All general or special taxes, duties, fees, freight and insurance costs and any other charges imposed on or in connection with the order shall be paid by the Customer in addition to the price quoted or invoiced. Lounge Logikk requires projects to be paid in full before releasing them unless otherwise agreed upon by the Client and Lounge Logikk.
Lounge Logikk will use reasonable efforts to meet any scheduled dates for delivery or pick-up. In the event of delay in delivery requested by the Customer or caused by the Customer, Lounge Logikk shall store products at Customer’s risk and expense.
We use several different delivery methods, depending of the need and destination.
If delivery is required by an outside entity (UPS, Freight, etc), Lounge Logikk is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay which may occur after delivering product to the Delivery Point. Title passes when product is delivered to the Delivery Point. Customer shall inspect the product upon receipt and any claims for shortages or other errors must be noted at the time of Delivery. Claims for shortages or other errors must be made in writing to Lounge Logikk within 14 days of receipt. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such claims by Customer. No products may be returned to Lounge Logikk for any reason without prior written authorization.
NATURAL WOOD PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to ensure the longevity of our work, including adding supports, joints, sealing, and finishing the materials. Regardless of these attempts, solid wood materials may still have some movement that can cause slight shifting, cracks, and warping. Lounge Logikk can make no guarantee against such natural occurrences. If there are such undesired occurrences, we can service the piece/s at an agreed upon rate.
Wood is a natural product and may contain inherent characteristics including but not limited to the following: natural color variation, knot holes, cupping, wane, tapering, etc. If any sample was shown Customer, that sample was used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of the materials and not to represent that the materials would necessarily conform to the sample throughout the product.
BY PLACING AN ORDER, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
